Browning reacion is accelerated during the process and the ginseng has dark brown color and hard shape keeping its original form for a long time.

* Directions : Put 50~60g of red ginseng, 0.9§¤ of water, three jujubes and 3g of ginger in a clay pot and decoct until contents decreases up to 1/3. Then drink it 2~3 times a day.
