¡á A continuous conveyor band carries the biscuits through an insulated baking chamber. Heat is generated within the chamber by series of individual ribbon type gas burners, arranged above and below the baking band into independently controlled heating zones along the length of the oven. Steam and the products of combustion are exhausted from the oven chamber by a separately controlled extraction system for each zone. A tri-zone burner ensures uniform temperature condition in the oven zone and gas leakage detector provides utmost safety operation. Each zone is controlled individually.
