¡á In its simplest form, a module is an assembly made up of different components.
   When the module is assembled onto a car, it alloos many different parts to be
   installed at the same time. This doou module concept creates a car assembly
   line revolution bringing improved quality levels and reducing total cost.
¡á Kwang Jin, as the supplier and not the OME, is responsible for the entire 
   design, development, procurement and logistics of the door modules which 
   in tum creates savings in each of these for the OME.
¡á Reduced number of part nunbers : The integration of components into a 
   modular system allows for overall of part number for the assembly plant.
¡á Improved material handling at the assembly plant : Due to the modular 
   construction, assembly plants will have less components to handle per
   door. And the manpower required for supplier management by the car
   maker will be reduced.   
¡á Pre-tested system delivered to assembly center : Door modules are fully
   tested before shipment. Pre-tested systems offer a higher level of quality 
   and improved process control for all downstream product users.
¡á Warranty reduction : Overall system warranty can be reduced due to a 
   reduction in components and component interfaces alog with a full system 
   test prior to delivery. 
¡á Reduced lead time and investment cost of vehicle assembly line time: 
   Shorter assembly line requirements and fewer attachments result in 
   reduced tooling requirements, investment costs, and assembly line time.
