■ Raynars Tube vision program is an tube management system for organizing,
planning, and creating reports of eddy current
inspections of heat exchangers in ect applications.
This software give the elements necessary for managers, engineers, plant supervisors, and
inspection services personnel to build a map of their tubes, plan their inspection and
manage the analysis results.
① Selection of heat exchanger item
② Select the corresponding test date display and test dates that you want to view (Two or more can be selected.)
③ Display items selected and the pipes according to the test dates in the form of Legend.
④ Statistics of tubes with defects found
⑤ Pipe test history displayed when the user selects a particular pipe in above
