■ 음식물쓰레기 수거차는 투입구에 이송판이 부착되어 전.후 이송 교반하면서 액상의 쓰레기를 적재할 수 있도록 되어있으며 사각 밀폐식으로 음식물과 재활용 쓰레기의 수거, 수송에 탁월한 성능을 발휘하는 청소차로 음식물 쓰레기 성상에 맞게 설계 제작되었으며, 오수 및 악취를 막았으며 외관이 미려하여 도시형 미관에 도움이 되도록 설계 제작되었습니다.
1. 트럭 Chassis-cab에 장착되어 트럭 Engine의 P.T.O 에 의해 수거함 견인, 투입, 적재물배출의 모든 작업이 유압장치에 의한 일괄작업 가능
2. 적재함은 음식물의 화학 성분에의한 부식 방지용 스테인레스 철판 사용 및 오수의 누수/악취 방지를 위해 완벽한 패킹처리
3. 분리수거함(BIN) 120ι혹은 240ι 용기 2개를 동시에 혹은 1개씩 LIFTER에 장착하여 유압체인 방식으로 툭입구에 투입되는 방식

5.작업 절차
1)1단계 : 수거함 견인 및 수거함 이동
2)2단계 : 쓰레기 투입 및 수거함 탈거 -> 이동
3)3단계 : 뒷문 열림 및 적재물 배출
Waste Food Collector has been designed to collect the liquid condition waste food by Bin box, carry and discharge as one-stop system, mounted on Truck chassis-cab. It provides the powerful and efficient work with the smoother operating mechanism for the convenience to users and Minimum manpower is required.
Waste Food Collecting with Stainless Steel Container is operated by Truck P.T.O and Wasted Food is collected by Hydraulic double Bin Lifting system (120Liter or 240Liter)

1)Logging Bin Box in Bin Lifting system & Bin Box Lifting
2)In-putting Waste Food into Stainless Steel Tank
3)Removing BIN box from Bin Lifting system
4)Transportation
5)Opening discharging gate
6)Discharging of Waste Food
