■ -유/공압 기기의 유류 및 공기저장 탱크의 수분을 자동으로 분리/배출 시키는 장치로서 실용신안등록 제0258212호 제품임.

- 유류 및 공기저장 탱크의 배출구에 보조탱크를 장착하여 본 탱크의
유류나 압력 손실 없이 외부 라인에서 유입된 물이나 스케일 등의 이물질과 탱크 내부에서
자체적으로 발생하는 응축수 만을 자동으로 분리배출 시키는 장치입니다.
- 구성 : 1) 센서부 : 세개의 센서봉으로 구성되며,DC5V가 공급되어 수분 함유 상태에 따라 0에서255까지 CONTORRER의 LCD창에 표시하여 함유수분의 상태를 나타냄.
2) 컨트롤러 : 입력부,출력부로 구성되며 마이크로칩사의 PIC16C7X계의 원 칩 마이컴을 사용하고 ROM,RAM,TIMER,I/O PORT(8개 아나로그 입력포트.16개의 디지털 임출력 포트),A/D,PWM,RS232C 등의 기능을 하나의 칩에 모두 갖추고 있으며 센서부에서 입력된 신호로 판단하여 물을 자동으로 배출하는 역할을 수행한다,
3) 보조탱크 : 주탱크 하부에 있는 배출밸브와 배관으로 연결되어 유입되는 물과 기름의 혼합물을 자연분리하여 물은 자동으로 배출하고 기름은 주탱크로 다시 보내주는 기능.
- 사용개소 : 광양제철소, 포항제철소, 창원특수강등 공장에서 사용되고 있으며, 정유공장등 유류저장탱크를 보유한 곳에서는 어느곳에나 활용가능하며, 오염방지 설비용으로도 사용가능.
*. Oil/Water Separation and Auto Water Drain System
Oil/Water Separation and auto Water drain System(call "system" in follow) is operated by Sub tank which is connected to main oil tank through drain pipe, controller which check the water/oil condition and open/close valve according to the oil/water condition in sub tank, sensor that distinguish water from oil.
1.Controller
1) Keypad: Control the value (0 to 255) to open or close the valve. Approaching to 0 means oil and approaching to 255 will mean water.
2) LCD window: display current value of the condition of oil/water.
3) Selector Switch: Auto/manual selecting switch. If switch is set to auto, system will be controlled by automation.
4) Led lamp: light red when valve opened.
5) Main switch: Be at the bottom of the controller.
2. Sub Tank
Main system where separate water from oil and return oil to main tank, drain water, Connected to main tank through pipe. Pump is located on top of tank.
3. Sensor
Sensor the condition of the oil/water and classify it to 0 255 according to quantity oil in water.
