■ 웨이퍼에 포토레지스트를 도포한 후 웨이퍼 가장자리의 일정영역을 248㎚(혹은 365㎚) UV 파장을 Excimer lens를 통과해 exposure하여 웨이퍼 가장자리의 두꺼운 포토레지스트를 제거하는데 사용된다.
